Luang Phor Sawai born on Wednesday, 18th of January 2464 in the Year of The Chicken at Barn LatChakkum, Ampher Bangsai in Ayutthaya. His father name Sear and his mother name Yim. His father also learned wichah ( Ancient Art ) and always performed eating glass after drinking section to show that he also have wichah Kongkhapan.

As Young Sawai watching his dad performed all the time make him very interested in learning wichah himself. When his dad passed away, Young Sawai had no place to stay and have to travel around to look for odd job to survived.

One day he came across Wat Predaram while he were travelling and make his decision to stay in Wat Predaram attendad the school in the temple till Primary 6 then he decided to become a novice monk at the temple and never leave the mookhood till the day L.P.Sawai attained Nibana.

L.P.Sawai started to learn wichah of Yant kongkhaopan Chathee, MahaUd, Metta Mahaniyom and also doing takrud from L.P.Phoon of Wat MaiPingKaew, after LP Sawai learned everything from LP Phoon, he went to studied under L.P.Ngern of Wat Predaram, then continue his journey to learned Sak Yant ( Ancient tattoo ), Phayant MahaYant Khumnert Narai ( famous Phayant from L.P.Sawai with many proven incidents ) under Acharn Yang ( white robe master ) in Pethburi.

Next he went to continue his study under Acharn SearYoiChuRot ( a Big Time Money Lander/Mafia ) who also expert in wichah Yant NakPhak ( draw metta oil on our forehead ) as L.P.Sawai like this wichah so much and later he used it as his Favourite Yant in most of LP amulets. After he completed he went to Luang Phor Kao at Wat SuanSom, SamutSakorn to learn wichah PitThong on NakPhak. Then to Acharn PinLotkongThan to learned wichah of making Good Paladkik as Acharn Pin is disciple to L.P.Lear Wat SaoChanNgor and L.P.Ee of Wat Sathahip. L.P.Sawai learned this art very successfully as he can use his paladkik to cut the rainbow and while he chanted in the BartNamMon filled with water, the paladkik can swim around it. many of his disciples saw LP Sawai performeed before and they know how efficious the paladkik make by L.P.Sawai.

After that L.P.Sawai continue his wichah study under Acharn ChamTaKunSoong , a disciple to L.P.Cheam of Wat Takong to learned the Traditional Medical in Herbs. then L.P.Sawai went to see PhrakPaladThot of Wat WongSear to learned Calling Back Soul of the people who died drowning in the sea or river, using bamboo to act like a fishing rod, and pull back the soul, many people saw the bamboo bend like pulling in a big fish on the rod, it performed to call back the soul and guide them back to the right place where they belong. then LP went to learned the art of making Mercury Amulets for klaewklad under L.P.PraPanKanasing. 

 

Luang Phor Sawai love to learn wichah and studied under L.P.Ngern Wat DonYaiHom, L.P.Noi Wat Sisathong and even with L.P.Roong of Wat ThaKrabuer.
Luang Phor Sawai also went Tudong around Esan area, Lopburi and Uttaradit area and at last he stayed and became the Abbot of Wat PreDaram.

One of the top 10 greatest guru monks of Thailand is Ven. Luang Phor Sodh, Wat PakNam, Phasi Charoen. His name is popularly called Ven. LP Wat Pak Nam. He retrieved the extinct Vicha Dhammagaya and refreshed it to become widely known in Thailand and abroad. Ven. was a disciple of Luang Phor Niam, Wat Noi and Luang Phor Nong, Wat Ba Dat.

Ven. LP Sodh was born on a Friday in the year 2427. Being the eldest son with 5 siblings, he was a very hardworking and filial son whom took care of his mother for 19 years. When he was still a young man, he make his living by selling rice. Travelling frequently from Supanburi to Bangkok. It was tough life then and many a times being robbed.

Ven. enters monkhood after the age of 20. Ven. make an absolute resolution that he will practise and passsed away as a practising monk. Prior to being the Abbot of Wat PakNam, Ven. was from Wat Mahathat of Supanburi. Even then, Ven. was a very sincere benefactor whom supports Dhamma and Sanghas in every possible way. When Ven. was meditating in Wat Mahathat, he make a firm affirmation that he will attain The Way and if not he will never arose from his seat.


Ven. then attained Vicha Dhammagaya in 2459, and since then was teaching the knowledge of Dhamma to his disciples until Ven. passed away on 3rd February 2502. Vicha Dhammagaya is a very supernatural Dhamma, even its basic and intermediate level could bring about comprehensive miracles, such as creating any weather in the area at wish, healing illnesses that the modern phisician cannot cure, detecting and finding the hidden or lost objects, foreseeing the future or going back to the past to examine Karma,etc. Vicha Dhammagaya is so miraculous that all black magic will surrender to it. So one who attains Vicha Dhamagaya comes closer to the black magic practicer, all the black magic of that guy will be automatically destroyed ! For the advanced Vicha Dhammagaya, it can bring about comprehensive miracles and subdue Mara(evils) to attain the highest Dhamma state of Nipphann or Niravan. Ven. has mentioned before that he consrecate his amulets his very own way, by method of Vicha Dhammagaya. Never by inchantations of katha. Many people knew amulets consrecated by Ven. LP Sod is very saksit or powerful. Other than Phra Somdej Wat Rakang Somdej Toh, this is the next best collection by many VIPs, VVIPs and wealthy people. Ven.’s Phra Wat PakNam has displayed many miracles over the years from achieving great success to dodging bullets. This Phra Wat PakNam was known to fly in the air, that is how saksit such amulet is. It is believed that when your affinities end with this amulet, it will fly away by itself.

 

 

The fundamental of Vicha Dhammagaya knowledge is-making the body’s center (inner abdomen at the navel level) as clear as crystal. The technique to do this is- gradually moving an imaginative crystal ball downward from the upper body to the body’s center, then focus on the inner center of the crystal ball and go ahead deeper and deeper. The practicer will pass through the 18 inner(astral) bodies, from roughly to delicately. At the 18th body, called Dhammagaya Arahant, the crystal Buddha appeared, is the most clean-minded state. One who attains this state could do out-of-bodying or make the inner body separate from the physical body to go anywhere, even kneel down before the Lord Buddha in the celestial Nipphann and pay obeisance to him !!  

In B.E.2493 (A.D.1950) Luang Phor Wat PakNam started creating amulets as the gifts for donors who help him build a large Dhamma school which needed a hugh sum of money. Among the monks in his temple were worried about his project, everyone thought it’s not possible to collect a large amount of money.

But Luang Phor said “You all don’t worry, that’s my duty to do it for you. Please make your mind calm and be diligent to practice Dhammagaya I have taught you. Even it’s a large building and needs a lot of money to construct, I do not work alone. Dhammagaya (Buddha’s astral body) comes to help me and will bring me tons of money. So don’t worry, you just wait and see”

It’s a great amazing phenomenon, the temple flooded with people intending to donate money to him to build the school. One who donated 25 Baht would receive an amulet gift from his hand. Even a millionaire donated tens of thousand Baht, he still gave only one amulet to the donor. His nephew, the late Supreme Patriarch (Somdej Pa of Wat Bodhi), asked him “Why Luang Phor gave the millionaire only one amulet? He donated a large amount of money, could you give him 10 more amulets, couldn’t you?”
Luang Phor said “You know nothing, the amulet is invaluable object, it’s more valuable than any sum of money. One who receives the most sacred amulet of this kind will be rich and possesses a big treasure of a billion.”

He was so strictly in distributing the amulets that no second amulet will be given to the same receiver. Once the Supreme Patriarch Somdej Pa gave his own amulet to a boy, he later requested for a new one from Luang Phor, but Luang Phor never gave him.

 

 

Luang Phor Wat PakNam blessed his amulets by inviting all Buddhas gathering to charge their sacred power onto the amulets through the 3-month Lent period. He said “All Buddhas of every epochs gathered and blessed the amulets nonstop for 3 months. After finishing, all they say these are the first greatest amulets ever created in the world !! “ 

When you make a kind contribution to Ven., he will give you a piece of Phra Wat PakNam wrapped with a piece of paper. Instructions on how to best use this amulet. How to use Luang Phor Wat PakNam’s amulets?  He taught that the owner should gaze at the amulet and remember it, and then place that imaginative image at the body’s center while recite SAMMA ARAHANG continuously. Focus your mind at the center of the image. Just stop your mind right there, then dive deeper and deeper in the center point, never turn back. Finally, the image will automatically be changed to be a crystal-like Buddha, then focus your mind at the body’s center of the Buddha. The sparkling Buddha

will finally appear. At this stage, you breathe slightly and slowly. Now you can pray or beg for everything you wish from the Lord Buddha. This is the most effective way to beg for his help. You will sooner or later get what you wish.

Phra Wat PakNam illustrates the style of the Buddha that depicts ” Savakkhato Bhagavata Dhammo Sanditthiko Akaliko Ehipassiko Opanayiko Paccatam Veditabbo Vinnuhiti” . It simply means the Teaching is perfectly enunciated by the Blessed One, is verifiable here and now, is with immediate fruit, invites all to test it for themselves, leads onward to Nibbana, and is to be experienced by the wise, each for himself.

Luang Phor Wat PakNam created 3 batches of amulets, each batch 84,000 pieces ( symbolizing Buddha’s words ). The first batch in B.E.2493, approximately 40 % brushed with lacquer and 60 % are plain surface ; the second batch in B.E.2494, the same molds as the 1st batch, all amulets brushed with lacquer; and the third batch in B.E.2499, using both old and new molds. Because it’s very difficult to differentiate the lacquer-brushed amulets between the 1st and 2nd batches, so all lacquer-brushed amulets are assumed as the 1st batch.

  One of the top 10 great Guru monks of Thailand was undoubtedly Luang Phor Chong of Wat NaTangNok Temple, BangSai district, Ayuthaya province.

He passed away on the Buddhist important MaKhaBuCha day of February 17th, B.E.2508, at the age of 93.

Luang Phor Chong and Luang Phor Parn of Wat BangNomKho were close friends and respected each others high Dhamma practice.. They had the same teachers viz LP Soon of Wat BangPlaMoh and LP Paan of Wat PikulSokant.

Even though Luang Phor Parn reached extremely high miraculous knowledges of "Apinya" and "Wipassana", he still admired Luang Phor Chong and recognised him as a great monk.

Once in the evening Luang Phor Chong was taking a rest at the pier in front of his temple, a small group of men rowed across the canal. After tying a boat rope to a pier hook, one said unrespectably to Luang Phor Chong, "Luang Phor, would you guard my boat because I was told that there are many thieves around here."

The old Luang Phor Chong said slowly and mercifully to that man," Alright, I'll guard your boat as mine...don't worry." The group of men came back to the pier at around midnight, they saw Luang Phor Chong still sat alone at the pier. "Wow, how great it is, you're still sitting here for so many hours, I thank you for guarding my boat," said a man. "You ordered me to guard your boat, I did as you said," Luang Phor Chong said slowly to the man.

But at the evening of the next day, the men came to Luang Phor Chong's Kuti(monk's house) with flowers, incenses and candles on their hands. They had paid obeisance to Luang Phor Chong and said " I come here to apologize for ordering you to guard my boat, I have been told that the you are Luang Phor Chong, so please forgive all of us for doing a great sin, please grant us your apology." " Huh,huh...alright...you ordered me and I did it for you ...it's no sin .....from now on remind yourself do not order any monk as your servant," said Luang Phor Chong.

He also taught them a short brief of Buddha's Dhamma. All the men listened quietly and wept, then they pay obeisance with full respect to Luang Phor Chong's legs.

Luang Phor Chong was also a great donor. Any temple troubled with lacking of Kutis, he would order his monk disciples dismantle them and brought to the lacking temple. Even when thieves came into his temple to steal valuble and rare items, Luang Phor Chong knew and asked them to get them items instead. Yes, he gave stuffs to thieves but never forgot to taught them that stealing monk's stuffs was a great sin.

Many thieves gave up stealing by his teachings. Luang Phor Parn of Wat BangNomKho admired Luang Phor Chong to all his disciples that he was like a gold monk statue, and that a monk of this kind one should never beg anything from him because he would give everything that was begged for.

Whenever Laung Phor Parn performed any religious ritual at his temple, he would invite Luang Phor Chong to join. Once Luang Phor Parn urged his close monk disciple to go by a motor boat to invite Luang Phor Chong to join a ritual , but Luang Phor Chong told the monk to go back in advance and he would go by himself later. As soon as the monk had come back and reported to Luang Phor Parn that Luang Phor Chong would come later, Luang Phor Parn laughed mildly and pointed to Luang Phor Chong who was sitting right there!! How did he come with a short time? It's many miles distance between the two temples, if going by walking it would take a few hours.

It was recorded that Luang Phor Chong reached the highest knowledge of "PatiSamPhiThaYan" which covered highest ability to perform miracle of all kinds. Whoever reaches this state will have comprehensive knowledges over all Tri Pitaka automatically and could rush to anywhere in a short time.

Luang Phor Chong created many kinds of amulets since World War II, such as medals, small statues, ivory-tusk Rajasihas, metal Ta Pian fish , sacred jackets, etc. His amulets are very good for warding off dangers of all kinds, while his Ta Pian fish is good for fortune fetching.

Ayudhaya, an ancient city of Thailand was established around 700 years ago, and just like other provinces of the country experienced the devastation of World War II that destroyed the lives and property of countless people.

It is said Ayudhaya were more fortunate than many other provinces because legend has it that some senior holy monks used their magic power as protection against the bombs.

It was well known amongst the locals of Ayudhaya that during World War II, Luang Phor Chong had tried to protect the province and the lives of the innocent by sprinkling his sacred sand from a plane onto the land below. After which many miracles were recorded particularly the unusually high proportion of unexploded bombs.

Luang Phor Chong was a senior monk at Wat NaTangNok who was quite prominent in creating various kinds of sacred things, apart from the sacred sands, he also created Takruts, Prapong, Pha Yants, etc., and all of his amulets were famous for protecting people from bullets, bombs, accidents and other kinds of danger.

Though Luang Phor Chong has passed away for several years many locals of Ayudhaya still recall his virtues and dedication to the province during the war. It is for this reason that his amulets attract premium prices which continually rise.

 LP Chong of Wat NatangNok made Tapian fish in B.E.2497. There is a Thai word on the Tapian fish's abdomen specified its sex--male or female. And at the top fin there will be a hole for inserting a thread for hanging in the shop or house while many put the Tapian couple on their shirt pocket. In up-country, a lot of farmers hang Tapian fish in his crop-house to protect insects.

 LP Wara is an abbot of Wat Po Thong in Bangkok. He is a good monk. A lot of people admire and respect him very much. He has strong mind power because he does meditation intensively. Having strong mind power, he can know the story of his own previous life. He also uses his special ability for helping people. He predicts people’s fortune accurately. When people ask for that, he does without any fee. LP Wara is the main person of developing Wat Po Thong. He makes powerful amulets for people to worship and use all money from that to develop and restore Wat Po Thong.  

The life of LP Wara is uncommon. He was born on the 7th December 1961 in Bangkok. He lived in Muslim family.  His father is a Muslim but his mother is a Buddhist. However, LP Wara must be a Muslim like his father. In 1971, at the age of 10, LP Wara had a serious illness. His parents took him to the hospital, but the doctor couldn’t indicate what the disease of LP Wara was. LP Wara wasn’t get well at all. He nearly died. The doctor tried to save his life by using defibrillator. At that time, LP Wara was unconscious. He dreamt of a radius monk. A radius monk told LP Wara that his name was “Paya Majurin Nagaraj”. He told more he did karma with LP Wara many lives and the way to make LP Wara survive was being in Buddhism. In LP Wara’s dream, he said to the monk that he would follow Buddhism. Wonderfully, LP Wara was conscious while the doctor was shocking his heart. Then he came back home. He told his mother everything except his father because he realized that his father wouldn’t believe him.
   
LP Wara kept dreaming of that monk, “Paya Majurin Nagaraj” many years.  Paya Majurin Nagaraj taught LP Wara dharma of Buddha. LP Wara gradually absorbed dharma and follow it. Then he found dharma good and advantageous. In 1981, LP Wara dreamt of Paya Majurin Nagaraj again, Paya Majurin Nagaraj told him to get ordained as a monk or his father would die. However, LP Wara didn’t do that because he was afraid that his father wouldn’t allow. In the same year, his father died of heart attack. Four years later, LP Wara decided to get ordained. He got ordained on the 6th July 1985 at Wat Po Thong, Bangkok.
   
After ordination, LP Wara has set his heart on dharma and meditation. He went on a pilgrimage to the forest. After that pilgrimage, he has had strong mindfulness.

The Garude is animal in himmapan creatures. Garuda is the king of birds, half-man and half-bird, the vehicle of Vishnu, a Hindu God. Thai people called "Kroot".

 Garuda image has power to att help and support in career, success, fame and work. 

Lp Wara is believed to create the best king of Garuda amulet and all Lp Wara batches were highly sought after and its beginning to be very hard to come across and expensive especially Lp Wara first batch and other earlier batch

 Luang Phor Kasem Wat Susahn Dtailak, Lampang Luang Phor Kasem was born on Wednesday, 28th November BE2455 in Jangwat Lampang. Luang Phor Kasem was the descendants of Lampang's King from Lanna Period.
He became a novice monk in BE2468 after the dead his uncle, the abbot of Wat Bunyeun. In BE2470, he went to Bangkok, Wat Setuwan to study Pali language. He returned to Lampang and further his Pali studies in Wat Seelom and Wat Bunyawaht.
In BE2475, he passed his Pali examination with good results and came in first in class at Wat Setuwan. In BE2476, he was ordained as a monk at Wat Bunyeun at the age of 21 years old. His preceptor was Tahn Jow Koon Tammajindah. His ordained name's was Kemagoh Pikkhu.


After he entered monkhood, Luang Phor Kasem went to Jangwat Chiangrai to further his Pali studies. He met Luang Phor Krubah Gaen, a very famous monk in North Thailand who was a Tudong monk (forest monk), very good in sammahdti. Luang Phor Kasem became a disciple of Pra Krubah Gaen and went Tudong with his teacher in forests and cementries.
When the abbot of Wat Bunyeun passed away, Pra Dtomkum became the new abbot. After some time, Pra Dtomkum left the temple and the post of abbot at Wat Bunyeun because of boredom. The villagers invited Luang Phor Kasem to return to Lampang to be the new abbot of Wat Bunyeun.

Luang Phor Kasem continue his learning in dhamma and sammahdti practise even when he was the abbot. The more he trained, the more realised that life is uncertain. His duties as the abbot, kept him rather busy and finally in BE2492, he left Wat Bunyeun, and went to stay at Sasahn Sahlahwangthan (a cementry at another place in Lampang). Luang Phor Kasem was determined to practice the highest sammahdti at the cementry. He would sit in front of the burial place and watch the burning of corpse. Whether in hot sun or raining, Luang Phor would just sit quietly and watched the corpse being burned to ashes.
Luang Phor Kasem ever sat in sammahdti for as long as 3 months, without shelter under hot sun or heavy rain. Even his robes were wet by the rain or during cold season, when the cold wind blows, Luang Phor Kasem would just sit quietly and not complain and asked for anything. He had let go of everything and steadfast in his practice of dhamma and sammahdti.
He ever go without food for 49 days. Since BE2514, Luang Phor Kasem only bathed once a year, but there is no stench or foul odour from his body, even his sweat was pouring under the hot sun. More surprisingly, without shelter and mosquito net, Luang Phor Kasem never suffered a bite from mosquito at the cemetery.
Luang Phor Kasem carried nothing with him. His only possession was an alms bowl, his robe which he was wearing and a piece of human bone for him to practice sammahdti. He did not even have any footwear.
Luang Phor Kasem ever mentioned that he is a forest monk and does not require any possession. He was contented with a piece of robe covering his body. Whatever things the layman gave to him, Luang Phor Kasem would give away to other monks.
Luang Phor Kasem never used a pillow to sleep, because to him, a pillow is a luxury. Luang Phor Kasem would sleep with his body in full prostrate position and would sleep at the same spot where he sat in sammahdti.
He was very determined to find the truth of life. He asked for nothing in life though he can enjoy the luxuries in life, as he was the descendant of royal blood in Lampang. Luang Phor Kasem passed away in BE2538 at the age of 83.

Luang Phor Kuay was born on November 2nd B.E.2448, in Bankae Village, Sunbury District, Chainat Province.
He was the first born and loved very much by his parents, who sent him to be educated by Luang Phor Kuad at Wat Bankae. Although only 6-7 years old Luang Phor Kuay could remember and recite many of the sacred spells he was taught, along with Khmer language and high-level sacred spells. Luang Phor Kuad predicted even at this early age that Luang Phor Kuay would become very successful in the monk hood and as such dedicated himself to teaching the novice monk. Luang Phor Kuad passed away soon after, and as a result, LP Kuay moved to Wat Huaden where he was to further his studies under Ajahn Dum. At was at this time that Luang Phor Kuay had told his parents that if he were to be ordained he would stay in the priesthood for life. At the age of 20 he was indeed ordained a monk by Phra Chainatmuni, Luang Phor Pa and Phra Ajahn Ring on July 5th, B.E.2467 at Wat Bost, Chainat Province. He was also given the official name “Chutinataro”, which in fact has a significant and very deep meaning and can loosely be translated as follows:
“This world is full of lust, passion and greed. He who wishes to be enlightened must free himself from all of them.”
Sacred Book
It was recorded that Luang Phor Kuay had owned a book called “Kru Rang”, which was full of sacred spells. It was said that only monks or ascetics had sufficient sacred power to open and read the volume. Should it be opened by an ordinary person his life may be damned. It was known that the book contained many sacred spells, to dispel evil, protection from weapons, and a scared spell to call upon Mae Thorani, or the goddess of the earth.
Luang Phor Kuay had learned all the sacred spells and also copied the book for other monks. Today several copies are kept at a number of temples: Wat Tatong, Supunburi Province, kept by Ajahn Tau.
Wat Nong-i-duke, Chainat Province, kept by Ajahn Sawang.
Wat Kositaram, first kept by Luang Phor Kuay. This copy has never been opened and studied in any detail because of previous experiences of mysterious illness or disease associated with it.
Apart from the book Luang Phor Kuay also learnt magic sciences from many other senior monks such as Luang Phor Puang of Wat Nong Kradone, Luang Phor Kun of Wat Khaokaew and Luang Phor Derm of Wat Nongpo, who it was said taught him about the sciences to create sacred knives and takruts. Luang Phor Pumpum of Wat Nongtangoo, a friend of Luang Phor Kuay had said that Luang Phor Kuay was a true monk, who was never afraid of anything which resulted in him learning strong magic. Furthermore it was also said that Luang Phor Kuay had a magic mouth. If he made a prediction, in all likelihood it would be become true.
(Note: Monks, who were known to possess a magic mouth must not tell lies, otherwise power would be nullified.) The Secret of the sacred book
Many people were obviously very inquisitive about where Luang Phor Kuay obtained his scared book. Some of his disciples actually revealed the story to us.
Luang Phor Kuay had never expected that he would gain the book but on June 1, B.E.2477, he was staying at Wat Nongkam, Chainat Province where he was learning higher level ancient Thai medical sciences.
During that time a monk named Jam had told Luang Phor Kuay that he had found a book, which was hidden in a hole of a dead tree but he could not extract the book because sacred souls were preventing him from doing so.
Luang Phor Kuay was taken to see the book himself, whereupon he lit three incense sticks and prayed to the sacred souls “If it is your desire that I own this book, burn the incense to completion. ”
The sticks did not burn. Again Luang Phor Kuay re-lit another three sticks and asked “If You want me to own and use the book to help temples and people, burn the incense to completion.”
This time all of those sticks were quickly burnt and Luang Phor Kuay could easily extract the sacred manual.
On reading book he found the paragraph which clearly stated that the book was not to be owned by laypeople unless the keeper and family were suffering from incurable disease or other calamity. He focused his attention on creating sacred amulets, takruts, sacred knives, phra pim etc. His amulets were highly respected by the worshippers as they are to this very day especially the somdejs, khun paen & sivali. Even criminals of the province highly respected Luang Phor Kuay and at that time whenever they passed his temple they would shoot once in the air to salute him.
Abbot of Wat Bangkae (KOSITARAM). Because of his virtues, it was not long after, on September 1st BE 2491, he was appointed abbot of Wat Bankae.(Kositaram)
It was recorded that during World War II for example, (B.E.2484) Luang Phor Kuay had given away sacred amulets to many people, who wanted his amulets in particular to help protect themselves from weapons and bombs. Apart from that Luang Phor Kuay was also a true monk who strictly followed Lord Buddha’s teachings.
Fame
During his stay at Wat Bankae he becomes very well known throughout the kingdom for his preaching about Lord Buddha’s history including the sacred legend of Pravessundorn.
On June 19, B.E.2472, Luang Phor Kuay begun to learn “Pariyatti Dharma”(high level of Lord Buddha ’s Dharma) at Wat Wangkorn and at the same time he also practice meditation.
Shortly after he once again moved to Wat Phra Bhrang, Singburi Province. It was here that he was to learn magic sciences from Luang Phor Sri Viriyasopit, who in particular taught him higher level meditation and the science to create sacred rings.
It was recorded that when Luang Phor Kuay had moved to stay at Wat Nongtakaew, Supunburi [B]LP Kuay was a disciple of LP Sri, Wat Phra Prang, Singhburi Province, and LP Doem of Wat NongPho, Nakornsawan Province. LP Kuay’s forefinger was so powerful, a glass would be broken just he pointed to. LP Kuay has made some great efficacious Somdejs, Khun Paen & Sivali.
After an amulet blessing ceremony at Wat Thathong, Suphanburi province, LP Toh, Wat Pradoo Chimplee had pointed to LP Kuay and asked Mr. Thanong Laokordee, ” Who is that Guru.”
” He is LP Kuay, from Chainart,” replied Mr. Thanong.
” His meditative mind power is so bright and strong,” said LP Toh.
LP Kuay passed away in B.E.2522 at the age of 74.

Luang Pu Wean Wat Doi Mae Pang

(B.E.2431~2528)

 

LP Waen (B.E.2431~2528) hometown was in Leoi Province, North-East of Thailand, also known as Issan. At the age of 13, he became a novice monk in Wat Poh Chai and he studied the Dhamma. He was very good in Pali and Dhamma, even at that young age. He went Tudong with his teacher, Ajarn Wuan, travelling from Leoi to Ubon province. After he reached Ubon, he learned Dhamma from another teacher, Ajarn Sing. During his Tudong, he met many disciples of Ajarn Man in the forests and they told him that Ajarn Man is very good in Sammadhi and Dhamma.

LP Waen endured all kind of difficulties during his Tudong, where he encountered ghosts, wild animals and other dangers. He was not afraid of danger, even the villagers told him that the places were dangerous and eerie, and full of evil spirits. LP Waen just went ahead because he wanted to learn from all these experiences. He spent most of his monkhood as a forest monk, travelling from one province to another on foot, climbing hills, crossing rivers and deep forests. He had also went as far as Laos, Cambodia, Burma and even Vietnam on Tudong.

At aged 39, LP Waen arrived in Lampang and was told that Ajarn Man was in Chiang Mai. LP Waen quickly went there to look for Ajarn Man and finally met him at Wat Jedi Luang. Ajarn Man accepted LP Waen as his disciple and he studied Dhamma at Wat Jedi Luang.

He stayed at Wat Huainumrin for ten years and during his long stay in Wat Huainumrin, he stayed most of his time in forests and only went to the temple during the rainy seasons. At B.E.2505, Ajarn Noo, the abbot of Wat Doi Mae Pang asked LP Waen to stay in Wat Doi Mae Pang because he treated LP Waen as a teacher. After Ajarn Noo passed away, the villagers persuaded LP Waen to become the abbot of Wat Doi Mae Pang.

LP Waen was very skillful in Sammadhi and Dhamma. LP Waen does not like crowded places and loved to live alone in the forests, just like his teacher, Ajarn Man. Some people said that LP Waen had achieved Arahang level. Than Chow Koon Nor ever mentioned that "there is a Phra Arahang, but he lives far away, in the forest hill".

LP Waen stayed in Wat Doi Mae Pang until he passed away, living the life as a forest monk all the time in a small hut away from the temple.
